Illuminating Green Factory|Lighting Project of Changchun FAW Fanrong Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park

Recently, Changchun FAW Fanrong Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park was officially completed and accepted. The park has realized comprehensive “greenization” from factory to product, becoming a modern benchmark factory in Jilin province. This time, Cedar Electronics provided the professional lighting system solutions for FAW Group’s new industrial park. While ensuring excellent production and efficient operation of automobile production workshop, Cedar provided high-quality lighting products to facilitate the rapid upgrading of automobile plant and green economic development of Jilin Province.

Changchun Fanrong Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is a green production workshop built by FAW Group to thoroughly implement the “14th Five-Year” National Development Plan and the new development strategies of Jilin province, which is mainly used for the production of newly developed customized new energy products. Based on FAW Group’s “green plant” upgrade target, Cedar Electronics designed the integral illumination for this project including press workshop, welding workshop and painting workshop by making full use of its unique advantages in lighting products and technology to actively build an intelligent, green and modern factory in line with the future development trend.

The project result of “13th Five-Year Plan” National Key R&D Program - the single light source high power 200W/240W luminaire for industry use was used in this project, which was characterized by high color rendering index, high utilization ratio of illuminant and no virtual image. The design concept of “precise dimming” and “light distribution according to needs” was adopted to create lighting schemes in different areas, which not only met the requirements of lighting design and national standards, but also greatly improved the quality of space lighting and provided strong support for the construction of green smart car factory.
