From May 21 to 23, 2019, Lightfair International (LFI 2019), the largest and most visited international lighting exhibition in the United States, opened at Philadelphia International Exhibition Center.

As the leader of National “13th Five-Year Plan” R&D Program - “Lightweight LED Lighting with Super Power and Small Volume” project, Cedar Electronics is the first to design the single source COB (chip-on-board) sodium color LED road lighting product in the industry, and it is a professional manufacturer for COB large space lighting and supplier of comprehensive solutions. Cedar attended this exhibition with a new generation of die-casting integrated street lamp, high-power exposed downlight, series products of luminaire for industrial use and series products of 450 watt LED high pole lamp, providing guests with new lighting technology solutions.

As the only single source high power lighting products, Cedar’s COB series lighting products attracted a large number of guests during the exhibition,  with excellent lighting effect, outstanding technical performance and high reliability.

With the increasing demand for super power and large space LED lighting, the technical bottleneck of LED lighting products with multiple discrete light sources is becoming increasingly obvious. By virtue of microgroove composite heat dissipation technology, Cedar’s COB series lighting products have changed the technical status of traditional LED products, such as large volume and weight, low color temperature, light efficiency and color rendering index, and low reliability of high-power COB lighting products. When equipped with intelligent lighting control technology, they can demonstrate advantages of super power COB lighting products in terms of optical light distribution, heat dissipation, protection and intelligent control and can be widely used in industrial lighting, road lighting, airport railway and other large space lighting fields.

The single source COB sodium color series high-pole lamp, with power covering 200 to 500 watts, can be used to replace the traditional 400 watts and 1000 watts high pressure sodium lamp. The product can achieve the protection grade of IP66, and its impact resistance grade can reach IK09 by using optical glass lens. The product has excellent anti-corrosion property, weather fastness and penetration of rain and fog and has no shadow blur. The light distribution of spreadlight lens is realized by accurate non-imaging optical design to improve the optical utilization rate and thermal convection performance and the product has delicate and beautiful structure and high reliability. It is the first high-power single source sodium color high-pole lighting product in the industry, which can be applied to large space lighting fields such as airports, roads and squares.
