Dear customers,

First of all, thank you for your continuous support and attention!

As the COVID-19 is gradually under control, our company has begun to resume production. To fight against the COVID-19 and ensure safe production, our company has carried out comprehensive prevention and disinfection measures for LED materials, storage, workshop, production, debugging and packaging to ensure the healthy and safe delivery of display screen. 

Based on the production process and unique packaging technology (Core invention patent of Cedar: integrated package display module with uniform surface and its manufacturing method, Patent No: ZL2016 1 0681555.6. See Annex 1 for details), our company confirmed after repeated verification that the following two disinfection measures can be used for Cedar COB display screen that was in service during the epidemic prevention period, which can meet the requirements of prevention, control and disinfection without dead corners in the using place of the display screen. 

Disinfection measures:

1.The surface of Cedar COB display can be directly wiped and disinfected with high concentration medical alcohol above 75% by volume without affecting the reliability of the display.

2.The surface of Cedar COB display can be sprayed and disinfected with 84 disinfectant (diluted according to instructions). After 15 minutes, it can be dried with a damp cloth, which will not affect the reliability of the display.

3.There is no need to turn off Cedar COB display during disinfection process, which can meet the requirements of display screen in different use places

Technical features:

1.The protection level of Cedar COB display surface is IP65, and the virus killing products (84 disinfectant, medical alcohol) will not affect the reliability of COB display.

2.Cedar COB display is flat-packaged, easy to clean and wipeable, which will not adsorb harmful substances and has no deposition of saliva, aerosol, dust and other harmful substances. 

Note: In the process of disinfection, protective measures should be taken for disinfection personnel and electrical equipment. Keep away for safety.
